OHCS Awards TCAP and Exchange Funds

Oregon Housing and Community Services has awarded $45,146,648 in ARRA stimulus funds designed to jumpstart stalled multifamily affordable housing developments. 24 projects have been awarded allocations of Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) or 1602 Exchange Program funds and are once again proceeding. 14 of these are Preservation projects.
